Many children in our community are waiting for the love and stability of a forever family.

The Heart Gallery Houston is a compelling art exhibit that features professional photographs of children in foster care who are hoping to be adopted. These powerful portraits are captured by generous photographers who volunteer their time to help these children find permanent homes.

This initiative is a collaboration between BEAR… Be A Resource and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), with a mission to find adoptive families—especially for youth at risk of aging out of foster care without a permanent support system.
